Member Contact Center

Member Service Representatives are on call in our Member Contact Center to help you with credit union questions and transactions quickly and conveniently. Our phones are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern time) Monday through Friday, for your calls--1-800-821-7280. 
 
We will be glad to help you find your way around the Credit Union. We will answer your questions about online banking, bill pay, savings, loans, ATMs, or anything else about MEFCU. We also perform most transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions from your MEFCU accounts over the phone. (Fees may apply for these services, however. You can perform most transactions at no charge through MEFCU Direct Online Banking or MET Telephone Banking at 800-788-8585.)
