Having trouble logging in?

If you ever experience trouble logging into online banking, follow the instructions and the checklist below (Note that these instructions pertain to Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers v. 8 and 9, although other browsers are very similar but may use different terminology or menus.)
 
First check your login
Are you entering your account number in the top box?
Are you entering the exact characters (a mixture of letters and numbers) shown in the Security code box underneath the Online ID?
 
If the above does not work…
From your browser’s menu, select “Tools”
Select “Internet Options”
Select the “Privacy” tab
Select sites
In the space that says “Address of Website” type mefcudirect.marriott.com and
click “Allow” and then click “OK”
Click on the “General” tab, then click “Delete,” then make sure the “Cookies”
and “Temporary Internet” boxes are checked and then hit “Delete”
Once the files are deleted, hit “OK,” then exit the browser
Open MEFCUDirect home banking to log in again.
 
Still no luck in logging in?
If the above steps don’t work…
From your browser’s menu, select
“Tools”
Select “Internet Options”
Select the “Security” tab
On the top row click the green
check mark labeled “Trusted
Sites”
Click “Sites”
In the box that says “Add this
website to the zone” type
https://mefcudirect.marriott.com,
then click “Add” and then “Close”
Hit “OK” and exit the browser
Open MEFCUDirect home banking to log in again.
 
 
You should be able to log in now. If you tried everything and are still unable to
log in, click “Contact Us” let us know you’re having a website issue (or call 1-800-821-7280).
