HEAD TELLER- Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30pm~ No nights or weekends!

Our current Member Service team is looking to add an eager, friendly, and customer-oriented individual, who will handle cash transactions, respond to inquiries, provide general assistance to our members, and to supervise the teller line. To join our team, you must also be able to readily identify sales and referral opportunities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Two years relevant teller experience

EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

Two to three years + supervisory experience at a financial institution

Two to three years + experience in processing savings, checking, certificates, and IRAs

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE- Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5pm!

Handle member calls in the inbound call center. Assist members with their accounts and questions. Cross sell Credit Union products and services.

1+ years experience in a customer service/sales environment, Spanish Speaking preferred.
