MEFCUDirect Mobile

With MEFCUDirect Mobile you can view account balances and recent activity, transfer funds, search your accounts, and more!

MEFCUDirect Mobile is secure

Only the phones that you personally enroll in the service can access your accounts. If your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled either by going online to the Mobile Banking enrollment website or calling MEFCU. In addition, no confidential information is transmitted in text messages. (Users should delete text messages after obtaining information).

You can access mobile banking in one or a combination of the following ways:

  • Text Banking – access via text messages to and from a short code..

  • Mobile Banking Browser – access via mobile web browser (WAP 2.0 or higher and cookies-enabled support required)..

  • Mobile Banking Downloadable Application –access via a downloadable application that you install on your smart phone.

You can use any combination of modes from the same phone, however, you will need to activate each option separately on your phone prior to use. Online and Mobile Banking Security Tips:

  • When downloading or using the mobile or online banking, make sure you are accessing it from a secure connection
  • Avoid using unsecured "public" wireless networks
  • Use an anti-virus/anti-malware software
  • Make sure your electronic devices provides data encryption
  • Use a passcode or password  to access your device
  • We may contact members about suspicious activities on their account. We will never ask you to send confidential information to us via email, such as your logon ID, password, account numbers, or Social Security number
